Gregory Clark, of Woodbridge, has been charged with forcible sodomy and object sexual penetration, Prince William County police said.
The victim, a woman, reported the incident to police on Aug. 21, at 12:45 a.m., police said. Clark was arrested two days later. He was being held without bond.
